1. Twist and Stick

2. Hot Sharpen

Then holding your dull knife firmly for the hot sharpen, run the blade through the sharpening plate teeth, removing the blunt edge. Pull through 2-3 times.

3. Cold Sharpen

Finally, finish off with a cold sharpen by gliding the blade over the ceramic sharpening rod, creating a razor sharp edge and polishing the blade to a very refined point.
